IRMP Best Practices
Lets discuss general ‘rules’ for posting to I Ripped My Pants (IRMP) to give it the best shot at succeeding. I’m not suggesting censorship of any kind as the inaugural post implies. Though I do support the “keeping it clean” rule to an extent. But a style guide if you will…
1) Keep it fairly clean. Gratuitous pornography is probably not a good idea. Unless it’s really awesome.
2) Tag your posts. While I don’t think we should come up with a strict set of tags, I do think we should be tagging our posts with keywords that seem fit. It’s best to start tagging early.
3) Keep discussion about a particular post confined to IRMP. Don’t go discussing something someone said on email with everyone. That’s the point right? Keep everything neat and in one place.
4) Please Please as a favor to me, keep the link to MM discreet and discussion about it to a minimum.
